Tullie House Museum - sculpture commission 2001

Tullie House Museum, Carlisle, Cumbria commissioned 2 sculptures for 'Room with a View ' exhibition. The theme of the exhibition took a twisted view on life. 'While you were sleeping' was a humorous quilt and pillow set made from rubber, plaster and textiles, on the theme of nightmares. 'Barbie keeps her appointment with womanhood' was a dolls chair made from plastic tubing and dyed pink tampons, inspired by rites of passage issues. Museum collection.
